Carson City Symphony concert, directed by David Bugli, is a lead-in to Nevada Day celebrations. It features violin virtuoso Andrew Sords (presented by Raven Ridge Media) in Beethoven's Violin Concerto; New York composer Steven Rosenhaus' suite, "Nevada Bagatelles," conducted by the composer; Selections from E.T. by John Williams, and more. Pre-concert entertainment by Wild Horse Children's Theater begins at 3:00 p.m. in the lobby, and a concert preview begins at 3:15 p.m. in the Sierra Room. |
